Oliver W. Braun - Managing Owner

... received his education at the Secondary School of Hospitality and Tourism (3 years) and graduated afterwards from the Diploma Course in Hospitality and Tourism (2 years), both obtained at MODUL Vienna.

After the successful completion of his first industry-related education, Oliver W. Braun deepened his knowledge by attending several professional trainings in Austria and abroad, such as “International Hotel & Tourism Management”, “Master Class of Chefs”, “Effective Hotel and F&B Operation”, just to mention a few of the gained achievements and diplomas.

Multifaceted engagements in the international hospitality industry followed – from being the head bartender over the Food & Beverages Manager to the General Manager. Oliver W. Braun has gained lots of experience in renowned hotel companies around the world, i.a. Manadarin Oriental Hotels, Hotel Sacher, Hotel Oesterreichischer Hof, InterContinental Hotels Group, Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza, Hzde ark Hotel & Grosvenor House (Forte Exklusiv Hotels).

All those various jobs helped Oliver W. Braun not only to get a profound insight and knowledge of managing hotels successfully, but also to deeply understand the daily operations and required procedures within a company. Furthermore, these practical experiences and the gained know-how significantly influence and enhance the various projects of Braun Management GmbH and our clients. In the year 2000 Oliver W. Braun set up his own business – Braun Management GmbH – in which he functions as Managing Partner.

In the same year the operational acquisition of the K&K Hofzuckerbaeckerei Gerstner by Braun Management Gmbh took place, where Oliver W. Braun, as the Managing Director, has successfully restored the company to profitability and sustainably rebuilt the image to a renowned brand.
